Do you log openVPN traffic and what kind of information do you collect from your subscribers?
Do you log openVPN traffic and what kind of information do you collect from your subscribers?
Solution
First, we would like to differentiate between information collected during signup and openVPN logs. These two information are different. When a user signs up on our website, we may collect personally identifiable information that include name, e-mail address, ip address and facts about the computer purely for user management and diagnostic purposes. We do not sell or give personal information. Our site does not use cookies. All information collected is kept private and not released to a third party. Also, to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
However, as we have clearly pointed out on our website, we never keep logs of openVPN as all connection information are deleted automatically when a user logs off from our openVPN servers. So your openVPN remote IP and source IP is never logged. We don't log your surfing behaviour and for example which connections you make from our servers to an address. This means we do not keep a log of which sites you visit, what you do online or the contents of any transmission. The only information, we may log and keep is the amount of bandwidth used at a particular time and the users currently connected for diagnostic purposes.
However, we do not tolerate the use of our servers for illegal activities such as spamming , childporn, hacking etc.By subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. For more details on our Terms and Conditions, please visit
